Ross Grossman has been Vice President, Human Resources at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Tarrytown, New York since 2002. Mr. Grossman began his career teaching college English in California. In 1979, he joined Prudential, where he worked for 19 years in line and staff positions in healthcare, commercial real estate, investments and human resources. He left in 1998 to become the first Head of Human Resources for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in the United States after the merger of CIBA and Sandoz. Before coming to Regeneron, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the Private Client business of UBS PaineWebber.
Mr. Grossman holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University, Fullerton, a Master of Arts and Doctorate in English & American Literature from Claremont Graduate University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from UCLA. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Youth Development Clinic in Newark, NJ, on the Advisory Council for the Keck Graduate Institute in Claremont, CA, on the Customer Advisory Council for Kenexa Corporation, and on the Advisory Committee for Rutgers University’s Master’s of Business & Science Program.
