Ricky M. Turner is a visionary, educator and vigorous advocate for more humanity in the workplace.

He is a successful human resources executive with over 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience. He has a passion for helping organizations create an employee experience that will produce strong and engaging relationships.

Currently he is the Senior Director of Employee Experience, and Diversity & Inclusion at Whirlpool Corporation where he leads a global team. In this role he oversees policy development, employee investigations and litigation. His team also supports performance management and leadership development.

Prior to Whirlpool, he was the Director of Human Resources for Otsuka Pharmaceutical in Princeton NJ. and previously he was Corporate Human Resources Manager for Hess Corporation in the company’s worldwide headquarters in New York City.

Ricky is striving to become a triathlete. He is also an active and enthusiastic member of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity incorporated.  He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Benton Harbor, Mi.

Originally from Pine Bluff Arkansas, Ricky resides in Chicago and is happily married to his wife Gwendolyn.  They have two energetic and charismatic little boys; Asa James is 7 and Beau Hendrix is 4.

He has a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University and is a graduate of world famous Tuskegee University.
