Mike leads BPI group's Leadership & Talent practice and advises business, HR, and talent leaders to realize growth through various talent management solutions: talent strategy; leadership, talent, and team development; high potential identification and development; skills training and learning programs; succession management and talent reviews; assessment; performance management; engagement; and culture change.
Mike specializes in working with companies of all sizes and industries experiencing significant changes in leadership, strategy, or organization, including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and culture change.
Prior to BPI group, Mike was Senior Director in Korn Ferry's Leadership & Talent Consulting practice and Strategy & Innovation group. In this hybrid talent consulting and corporate strategy role, he led the team that develops, sells, and delivers global leadership consulting solutions for Korn Ferry practice areas: talent strategy; succession management; leadership development; executive & mid-level recruitment. In addition to his client work, Mike led the firm's strategic initiatives, including market entry opportunities, acquisition pursuits and integration, and solution innovation.
Before working at Korn Ferry, Mike spent many years in Deloitte Consulting's strategy & operations practice. He led complex engagements and advised cross-industry Fortune 100 clients and executives on M&A, growth, marketing, and channel strategies to achieve organic and inorganic profitable growth.
Mike earned his Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in management, strategy, organizations, and marketing. He graduated magna cum laude from University of Notre Dame, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance & business economics and a minor in theology. He resides in Chicago, IL, with his wife and son.
