Matthew Hanzlik is a Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager at Nielsen where his areas of focus include leadership development, talent management, and engagement. In this role, Matt leads Nielsen’s Diverse Leadership Network (DLN), a 15-month leadership development program designed to strengthen and diversify the leadership pipeline at Nielsen.
Matt joined Nielsen in 2010 as an analytic consultant where we worked with Nielsen’s leading global FMGC clients. Matt also has experience at Nielsen as a consulting trainer working with internal clients across the US and in India. Matt is an active leader in PRIDE, Nielsen’s employee resource group for LGBTQ+ associates and allies. Prior to Nielsen, Matt worked in the non-profit sector for a public policy advocacy organization dedicated to advancing medical research.
Outside Nielsen, Matt serves as an emeritus board member for the National Parkinson Foundation Minnesota Chapter. He and his husband live in Minneapolis. On the weekends, you can find Matt pushing others to be their best self as a spinning instructor at a indoor cycling studio.
