Kerstin is globally responsible for the employer branding, recruiting strategies and tactics. She drives various activities to attract and recruit talents on graduate as well as on professional level. Kerstin has 15 years of HR experience — always fascinated by recruiting and talent acquisition. She started her career with the Communications Group within Siemens where she held several HR positions including the creation of a centralized recruiting center. For another assignment she worked in Boston where she supported the internationalization strategy of a newly acquired venture from an HR perspective. Previous to her role as Head of Global Talent Acquisition she developed and drove the internal placement team, a very innovative way of coping with restructuring and consulting employees on identifying new jobs. Having studied in Canada, France and Germany, Kerstin holds degrees from ESC Reims in France and ESB Business School in Reutlingen as well as a MBA from University of Ottawa.
