Kelly leads talent acquisition for all of Deluxe Corporation’s contact center operations and mergers and acquisitions. In this role, she manages a team of recruiters, sets strategic vision and manages vendor relationships. She has managed a transition toward more in-house recruiting operations and is developing strategies for Deluxe Corporation’s heavy volume hiring needs in particular shaping millennial/next generation recruiting approaches, digital recruiting and ongoing programs to improve quality of hire and reduce turnover. She is a frequent industry speaker on recruiting strategies and trends.
