Kelly Furbee is a 27 year veteran in the healthcare industry with experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and a graduate of Morehead State University with an MBA.  Kelly has spent that past 17 years of his career at HCA Healthcare, Inc. where his roles have spanned across multiple HR disciplines and multiple geographies across the United States.  His roles have included HR generalist leadership positions at varying levels, Employee and Labor Relations, and prior to his current role he spent approximately 4.5 years standing up and operating HCA’s HR Shared Services organization.  Today Kelly leads HCA’s Talent Acquisition team of over 350 recruitment professionals who fill over 65,000 vacancies annually.
