Kathleen Creech

Senior Global HR Business Partner, Hospitality Division, NCR

Kathleen Creech is a senior human resources leader with over 22 years of experience in the areas of talent management, workforce planning and change management. Kathleen began her career as a pension actuary with a focus on retirement plan design and program management.
 
Kathleen joined NCR corporation three years ago to assist in the launch of their new Global Workforce Strategy COE. Her primary focus has been on building a team of HR analysts to support the HR COEs and business partners in providing data-driven consulting to the business. Today, the workforce analytics team provides key support to NCR including monthly dashboards for each business, recruiting and talent management analytics, workforce planning support to real estate and IT and M&A transaction support. The workforce strategy team provides support to the business in the analysis and selection of global markets in which to locate, consolidate and/or grow NCR's complex workforce. The Global Workforce Strategy COE has strengthened the HR team's seat at the table by providing HR data and analytics to highlight trends and support recommendations.
 
Prior to joining NCR, Kathleen served as a lead consultant in Towers Watsons workforce analytics and planning practice where she had the opportunity to work with organizations across multiple industries on a wide variety of workforce strategy topics.
 
When not working, Kathleen enjoys traveling, playing tennis and running.
