Karen Hutchison is a Director of EY’s Leadership and Team Coaching practice.
The coaching and consulting practice she co-leads empowers leaders to get better, faster. In addition to her role as a full-time executive coach, Karen is currently focused on sparking a movement called “Leading with Questions” which mobilizes purpose-driven leaders who ask better questions. Karen has taken the essence of what executive coaches do – pause to connect with purpose, ask great questions, and fully listen – to fuel the EY coaching culture.
Over the past 18 months, Leading with Questions has been infused into all the places in EY where our people learn how to lead, and woven deeply into the firm’s performance management system and business development approach.
Karen has a master’s degree in Industrial Relations, a BA in Psychology and completed her coaching accreditation through Corporate Coach U. The cutting-edge culture-building work she is leading was recently featured in Human Resource Executive and Forbes.
