Julie Holbein is the Director of Global Talent Management for Cardinal Health. In this role she is responsible for supporting and driving all talent management processes and strategies for the enterprise. She has been with the organization for over 7 years and has held Director of Talent Development, Director of HR Operations and Director of Learning Delivery roles prior to her current position. Before joining Cardinal Health she held a variety of HR roles with well-known Central Ohio companies including Real Living/HER Realty, Wendy’s International, Tim Hortons, and COSI (Center of Science and Industry). In addition to her 20 years of work experience, Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Capella University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Communication from Ohio University. She also has her Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management [SHRM] and is a DDI certified Master Trainer. Outside of work, Julie currently serves on the Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland Board of Directors and was the former President of the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio.
