Dan, an Associate Consultant, has experience working in a broad range of applied settings related to talent selection and assessment. As a member of Shaker Consulting Group, he utilizes his experience working as both an internal and external consultant to help clients deploy and maintain evidence-based, multi-method selection tools that drive organizational performance through talent selection.
Prior to joining Shaker, Dan was the Manager of Talent Selection & Assessment at Sears Holdings Corporation. There, Dan led high-visibility selection and assessment projects across the enterprise; managing research, design, implementation, integration and validation projects. Dan’s background also includes experience in staffing and corporate recruiting, giving him unique perspective on the full-hiring lifecycle.
