Curt Gray is senior vice president, Human Resources & Administration for BAE Systems, Inc., responsible for all human resources and employment-related activities for the company’s U.S.-based businesses, which employs approximately 32,300 employees in the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Israel, and generated 2015 sales of $10.4 billion. He brings an impressive record of accomplishments in the aerospace & defense industry to his position. His background encompasses a broad array of businesses including information & communications, commercial airplanes, and both commercial and defense electronics.
Previously, Gray was director of the People organization for the Boeing Company’s Phantom Works, responsible for managing the Human Resources organizations that directly supported the Phantom Works organizations. He also supported the Engineering Process Council and represented Phantom Works on the Company People Process Council. Gray holds a bachelor’s degree in personnel administration from the University of Colorado, and an MBA and a master’s degree in organization development from Pepperdine University.
