Courtney Abraham is the Vice President, Learning and Talent Management for BI-LO/Winn-Dixie, the country’s ninth largest supermarket chain, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. As such, she is accountable for delivering high quality strategies and programs for talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, learning and work processes that are aligned with operational goals to improve employee performance. Prior to Winn-Dixie, Courtney served as the AVP, HR at Hanover Insurance Company and supported the talent assessment and management practices for the international property and casualty insurer. Courtney holds a B.A. from Bowling Green State University and an MA in Integrated Professional Studies: Organizational Development from DePaul University. She is certified in numerous assessments including EQ-I 2.0, Profilor, MBTI, FIRO-B, and CPI 260.
