Burgette White is a Senior HR Business Partner for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. K-C is a world leader in building the essentials for a better life in consumer goods, healthcare and professional sectors. Burgette is responsible for providing strategic HR support and thought leadership to her customer group in K-C’s international consumer goods division. She partners with regional and global teams to lead workforce planning and talent management efforts in support of K-C’s robust people strategy. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, held HR roles in increasing responsibility with Chevron Corporation, Delta Air Lines and Target Corporation. She earned her BS in Human Resource Development, with minors in General Management and Human Resources Industrial Relations from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Burgette earned her MBA in Strategy and Organization Management from Emory University and also holds the designation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
