Brooke Orr

Director of Global Talent & Development, The Coca-Cola Company

Brooke’s role in the COE is to evaluate existing practices and processes, build a case for change where warranted, design and test solutions through experimentation and eventually scale successful practices globally.  Currently, in service of the TCCC Talent Strategy, Brooke is leading work to modernize performance management, introducing assessments and objectivity into the talent review process and re-imagine succession planning practices.

Brooke spent the first part of her career as a management consultant, advising and leading work in talent management, change management, and organization design and development. She started her career at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington DC supporting clients across the federal government and specializing in the Intelligence Community. Brooke then moved to Australia with Deloitte  supporting clients across the energy sector, eventually returning to the US to join KPMG supporting clients across Financial Services.

Brook has a  Advertising & Psychology from Syracuse University and a  Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
