
With more than 13 years of professional development experience, Beth has a unique talent for helping individuals maximize their leadership potential and propel organizational effectiveness. Beth's work has focused specifically on leadership and management development, organizational process consultation, corporate training and facilitation, public speaking and non-profit executive leadership.
Beth works directly with the Training and Program Development team to facilitate live and online Fierce workshops, promotional programs and Train-the-Trainer events to corporate, non-profit, government and educational organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada. In addition to being a leader in e-learning and live workshop facilitation, Beth is skilled at designing training solutions, including research, curriculum development and evaluating program effectiveness. She supports the global network of certified Fierce facilitators with individual development plans, one-on-one coaching and implementing sustainability strategies.
Prior to joining Fierce, Beth was an Organizational Development and Learning Consultant at Delhaize America, an east coast grocery retailer incorporating such banners as Hannaford Brothers, Food Lion and Bottom Dollar Food. In her capacity at Delhaize, Beth provided strategic and tactical guidance to leaders in support of organization-wide training initiatives, and coached executive leadership teams to increase their capacity to affect and sustain organizational change, create greater alignment, and enhance team performance.
When Beth isn't engaging others in the pursuit of personal and professional development, she spends her time as a musician, world traveler and exploring the beautiful outdoors from her home in New England.
