With Capital One for over 19 years, Anna has owned the corporation’s Recognition programs since 2013. Since that time, Anna has shifted the company’s focus on long-standing ‘have to haves’ in favor of closely following recognition and engagement trends. Prior to joining the Benefits team, Anna was part of the Recruiting organization focused on various efforts from general to campus recruiting.
