Alison is an Associate Consultant on Shaker’s Insights team. Her role involves assuring the continuous evolution of existing Virtual Job Tryout systems through regular revalidation and the use of other ongoing analytics. Using advanced statistics, Alison is able to help clients establish measurable performance outcomes, evaluate trends in turnover, and maximize the value offered by utilizing Shaker products.
Prior to her time with Shaker, Alison served on the Talent Management & Learning team with Timken, a Fortune 500 company. At Timken, she conducted competency modeling, managed multisource performance feedback, coordinated executive coaching, and delivered training to international audiences.
Alison has brought value to Shaker clients across a variety of industries and sizes, from Fortune 10 organizations to small community banks. Her contributions to the practice of scientific management include numerous peer reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and presentations at professional conferences.
